The history, mystery and magic of this plant has intrigued and seduced people from all over the world for hundreds of generations.
The business began 40 years ago when Colin Boswell returned to the Isle of Wight having just got married. He spotted some garlic being grown in his mothers kitchen, and decided he wanted to grow it.
The Garlic Farm has grown bulb by bulb over the years and now produces over twenty garlic varieties, countless products like Garlic Beer and there’s even an annual Garlic Festival!
They supply many of the UK’s farm shops with garlic, attend countless markets each year, and Colin travels regularly around the glow in the search for new varieties.
