We are a small artisan producer specialising in fresh, Italian pasta and slow-cooked sauces, all made by us in small batches. Our pasta is extruded through traditional bronze dies to produce shapes such as fusilli, maccheroni and casarecce, giving a rustic texture that holds sauce beautifully. Alongside our pasta we prepare rich, slow-simmered sauces, including our traditional Bolognese. We place a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality ingredients from local producers wherever possible, with a particular focus on suppliers in the New Forest and surrounding Hampshire area. By combining carefully sourced local ingredients with modern Italian influences, we create authentic, comforting food while supporting local agriculture and maintaining a genuinely small-scale, handcrafted approach. We also have a fresh pasta food truck for public and private events.
