Petersfield Farmers’ Market

December 6 @ 10:00 – 14:00

Welcome to Petersfield Farmers’ Market

Nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park, Petersfield is a thriving historic market town where the traditional Market Square has been the centre of community life for centuries. Join us on the first Sunday of every month, from 10am to 2pm, as The Square comes alive with around 30–40 local producers offering some of the finest food and drink from Hampshire and the surrounding area.

Browse a fantastic selection of seasonal produce, including artisan breads, award-winning cheeses, free-range meats, fresh fish, locally grown fruit and vegetables, homemade preserves, honey, cakes, spirits and much more. Every stall is run by the people who grow, rear, bake or create their products, giving you the opportunity to discover the stories behind your food while supporting independent local businesses. Surrounded by Petersfield’s independent shops, cafés and historic buildings, the market is the perfect way to spend a relaxed Sunday morning. Whether you’re stocking up on fresh local ingredients, meeting friends for coffee or exploring this beautiful market town, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. As the Gateway to the South Downs National Park, Petersfield is an ideal destination to combine with a countryside walk or a day exploring the local area. Shopping at Petersfield Farmers’ Market means choosing fresh, seasonal produce with fewer food miles while supporting the farmers, growers, bakers and artisans who help make Hampshire’s local food community thrive.
