At Hampshire Farmers Markets we sell oven-ready frozen paella meals made from the panfuls of authentically and freshly cooked paella produced and perfected in Idelica’s catering kitchens since 2010. Our generous 400g portions contain high quality signature chicken & chorizo, seafood or vegetable elements slow-cooked in the traditional large pans with our spice, sofrito and rice blends to make what our catering customers repeatedly say is the best paella they have ever tasted. These are then sealed, labelled and frozen ready for retail. After defrosting, you can reheat your paella portions in a pan, air-fryer, oven or microwave – whichever is most convenient. We recommend sautéing the paella in a non-stick pan and flipping it in sections, deepening and caramelising the original flavours and allowing it to crisp around the edges to your liking – we call this Paella Refrita!
