Based in West Sussex, we produce small-batch meads using 100% raw honey from a trusted single supplier, real fruits and juices, and absolutely no artificial flavourings. Founded in 2021, Jonah’s Mead was born from a passion for history and hands-on craft. What began as a quest to bring an authentic drink to medieval reenactment fields evolved into a dedicated meadery committed to quality over shortcuts. Every bottle is carefully fermented, matured, and hand-finished to ensure a rich, balanced character that reflects both heritage and modern refinement.
